Aisha Richardson

Aisha Richardson serves as the MABL Pathways Program Administrator. In addition to being the backbone of our program, Aisha is a proven Executive Administrator and Leader with experience managing and supporting executive teams, boards, HR functions, and training personnel. While she has proven skills in the responsibilities associated with these roles, she is the kind of person who adds value to an organization by focusing on the little things and bringing humanity to the data and initiatives. Throughout her career, Aisha has proven to be a strategic thinker who is able to contribute to organizational growth and change, as well as partner with people at all levels to drive results.

In totality, Aisha is a people connector and bridge builder who enjoys human kind! She loves to serve and that is reflected in everything she does.
